We send all orders using Royal Mail Signed For / Special Delivery / International Signed for or AIRSURE.  All orders have tracking code and can be tracked.

If you have not received your order, please check the order status first by feeding in your Tracking code on the royalmail.com website. Remember that instenational post can take some time, and delays can be caused by custom inspections etc. We do always process your order as quickly as possible. We dispatch orders twice a day Monday to Friday and once on Saturdays.
